What should be the values on bus of APB during Reset?

    PSEL low and PENABLE low would be the main requirements I'd think as no transfer should be indicated. Then with no active transfer, all other signals are meaningless.

    I'd probably also suggest PREADY high and PSLVERR low, although they are both undefined when there is no access, so that would just be a sensible default.
