Hello.
The medical device startup which I represent has a problem: we need a microcontroller, but none of our managers or engineers really know the product space. Our device does not have any demanding power, security, or networking requirements. Our top priority is ease of use (for developers who may have never used the microcontroller before) and ease of verifications / validations for the purposes of obtaining FDA approval. Looking around the internet, it seems that most serious microcontroller manufacturers advertise their products for medical applications, but none really give me a reason to choose theirs over the competition.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
