Where I can get the TAP ID?

I'm trying to use openocd to flash HT32F52352(Cortex-M0+), but I don't know where I can get the TAP ID.

The user's manual of openocd said setting up the TAPs is the core task of configuration files, but I don't know where I can get them?

I saw the stm32l0.cfg and saw its TAP, they are both Cortex-M0+ chips, can I use it for my HT32F5 chips?

And when I saw the stm32f1.cfg, there are even two different TAPs.

If I'm using a Cortex-M3 chip, can I use them?Which I can use?

And for other chips, where I can get there TAPs?
