I wouldn't believe so.
ARM only recently announced the ARM Cortex-A72 processor:
New Announcements: ARM Sets New Standard for the Premium Mobile Experience
ARM Cortex-A72 and the New Premium Mobile Experience
The press release available in my first link mentions 2016.
The highest performance processors for sale today are the ARM Cortex-A53 and Cortex-A57.
The highest performance processor for sale tomorrow will be the ARM Cortex-A72.

Techguyz, Qualcomm have some boards available now (and some coming in May) that use ARM Cortex-A5x cores, check them out here https://developer.qualcomm.com/mobile-development/development-devices/dragonboard/810
