i am using Cortex-r4f now，and i feel confused about how to use BTCM and ATCM port ， is there some reference files about the detail of TCM interface timing.

Depends on the SoC. In general, the SoC's manual describe the timing.
do you have the link of Soc's manual and pages number of relative describion.
As I do not know which chip you are using, how can I?

but detail interface timing isn't available 。so is there any
