I am trying to get the ARM canned tests to compile and pass. We have "XCELIUM" licenses. The Makefile is only setup for the older Cadence tool "IUS".
What changes are needed in the Makefile to get the compile and run going with "XCELIUM"

Why not ask Cadence? If you got a license, you also should get support from them.
