About the SBC for standard developing

Hello, I'm new on ARM system (and sorry for my english if i'm wrong), i really intersted on develop but i have somes cuestion

  1. There's a lot of SBC outthere like the Raspberry, but only a few use the software standards (TF-A, UEFI, PSCI,SDEI ) like linaro's boards but if i missing some. What others SBC uses the standard?
  2. I been reading the documentation of 96boards, but, Why much of this boards don't support linux distros like ubuntu for aarch64?  if theoricaly this boards have UEFI firmware.
  3. Wich ARM operative system are good at for server, emmbebed and desktop hardware?
