Hi,
I would like setting-up a ARM GCC Toolchain + IDE for developing for my Cortex-M3/M4 Processors (more types of cortex processors would be a plus). I downloaded GNU Tools for ARM Embedded Processors GCC ARM Embedded in Launchpad. What else do I need (to install) besides an IDE (by preference I would like using Eclipse IDE)? If possible I would like having the same environments on my Windows 8.1 and Mac OSX 10.9 laptops?
Thanks for any info/help/suggestions.
Guy
Hello
I am also a beginner with ARM, as I use #Eclipse at least 10 years, I want to keep it, and how you MAC OS X also use the main computer, the windows and linux often times.
I'm currently following the instructions on this site http://gnuarmeclipse.livius.net/blog/, I think a good choice for the first steps.
Hello,
Thanks for the info.
Cheers,
