If one wants to learn about ARM - using the Freescale FRDM-KL25Z, what is the best or a good book to use?

donalde, albanrampon Sir, I have found a Video Tutorial series on YouTube about ARM Assembly & C Programming with FRDM KL25Z board as well as with STM32 Discovery Board. It can be very useful for you. Please have look.
