What is the lowest frequency I can run Cortex-A9 Processor ?
It depends CPU producer? and motherboard's power management IC controller settings?

Because cortex-A9 have several different types of processor， here I take a example for you of cortex-a9 Freescale imx6 processor:
it has solo, solo lite, dual, dual lit, quad core. 5 different type.
