Introducing Arm's new support case service

1 minute read time.

We are pleased to announce that Arm will shortly be releasing our new service platform where partners with a support contract can sign in, submit, and manage technical support cases. Launching early in the New Year, the service will be accessible via Arm Developer and will replace silver.arm.com for support case management.

In response to your feedback we have concentrated on the following areas:

1. Everything in one place

We started our journey with the launch of Arm Developer housing Arm’s technical content in one place. Back in 2016 we promised to consolidate all the remaining microsites into Arm Developer one-by-one, in order to create a joined-up partner experience. Going forward, developer.arm.com will be your one-stop shop for technical content as well as support.

2. Investment in the future

To provide a better partner experience we are investing in a new service platform. This will have a modern look and feel and be the springboard for new services for our partners, for example, managing cases, your company’s projects and account.

3. Ease of use

This centralized support space will mean you can get the support you need much quicker and more efficiently. It has been designed with partners in mind, making it easier to create and manage cases.

As Arm continues to grow, we have done a lot of work to better understand and meet the needs of our partners. Over the past few months we have been testing and gathering feedback, and will continue to make enhancements over time.

We will invite you to use the new service once it’s live, but in the meantime, please feel free to continue sharing your feedback with us.
