Change HiKey970 GPU frequency

Hello,

I am currently working on HiKey 970 which has ARM Mali-G72 MP12 GPU.  The specifications mention the frequency as 850Mhz. Could you guys help me know if I can change the frequency of GPU? I executed neural networks under various CPU frequencies and I was wondering if I can do the same with different GPU frequencies.
