Yes. Title is clear. I am going to use it for variety of STM32 MCUs. CLI tools are appreciated. I also need a working STLink software. The official one on Github is garbage.

In what way(s), exactly, do you find it to be "garbage" ?

The STlink software I am referring to is this.

The .deb repo is broken, and when I compiled it it didn't detect my chips. No useful error messages were present either. This is literally the definition of garbage.
