Profiling VoIP in Android

Hi Experts,

I would like to profile the performance of Audio and Video transmission over the IP packets using WLAN/LAN interface.

With the development board running Android 4.4.4 (based on ARM processor) is there any mechanism/tools to profile the performance of system on efficient functionality of the same.

    I am bit curious on the VoWLAN using IMS in Android. How this is achieved without compromising the QoS ?

    Am also bit confused on its working. The RTP packets are packed in the same network interface as of Internet data uses. When two socket layers using the single IP stack connected to single WLAN network interface, how the IMS and VoWLAN is maintaining the quality of service ?

    In general is it possible for an application in android to configure the QoS of particular network interface ?
