Hello, I am currently using Pixel6 and Pixel8 with GPU
Mali-G78 MP20, Mali-G715 MP7 respectively.
For previous devices, setting GPU frequency manually was possible setting
"userspace" as governor and using "set_freq" to choose among available frequencies but it seems outdated.
Is there any way I can manually set Mali GPU frequency?
If this isn't a right place to ask this type of question, where should I ask it?

There is no standard way to do this; the power management is outside of the GPU hardware from Arm and it depends on the integration provided by the device manufacturer. In this case you'd need to ask Google.
