Does $MaliL2CacheRequestsReadRequests is equal to the sum of number of requests made to L1 cache read requests and L2 cache read requests?

It's just the number of L2 cache read requests. L1 cache isn't involved anywhere in that one.
Thanks for replying peter. Also,is the counter collects all the L2 cache read requests made by all cores and all execution units. Let, say for 11 core immortalis GPU, so average L2 read requests for each execution unit will be :L2 cache read requests / (11*4)
Yes, the counter counts all L2 cache requests, summed for all cache slices.
