Arm Streamline license error while using Streamline-cli

Hi,

Getting below error on running the command:  streamline-cli -pa StreamLineCapture.apc where StreamLineCapture.apc is the streamline capture file.

Error:
Invalid software license found.
See https://lm.arm.com/100 for more information.

I am looking for generating Performance Advisory report for one of the Mali Chipset. Is something wrong with the way I am using this command?

The streamline capture runs fine and traces the application. Also I have verified license in Arm DS under Help-> Arm License Manager and it looks fine. I am on evaluation license.
