I was trying to find instruction cache misses on Mali G715. are there any relevant performance counters or tools to give info of it?

If you enable "Advanced view" in the Counter Configuration you should get a "Mali Core Instructions: Instruction cache misses" counter.

Note that this is a hard counter to interpret, because not all misses actually cause stalls, which is why it's only accessible in advanced view.
