Any Replacement for Mali GPU?

Hello there , Can anyone please tell me that if my phone does not have Mali GPU then what else can I do to run OpenGL ES applications on my phone ? My Phone has Adreno GPU also I cannot afford to buy a new phone for just doing applications...Any help would be appreciated...Thank you in advance....
