eglGetError()

Hello,
i just installed opengl es 2.0 emulator and built cube example by vs2008, however, i get the foolowing error.

"eglGetError()=12293 (0x00003005) at line 245"

could you please tell me if you have any opinion about the problem?

    This not helps...

    The "cube.exe" example works fine if you are member of  "Administrators" group,
    or you have the administrator privileges.

    And this error occurs, if you are simple user without administrator privileges.
    Looks like the line:

      sEGLContext = EGL_CHECK(eglCreateContext(sEGLDisplay, aEGLConfigs[0], EGL_NO_CONTEXT, aEGLContextAttributes));

    requires the Administrator to work. This is not good...

    How to solve this problem? Because of security reasons I do not work with
    administrator privileges!
