Hi,
We're looking forward to your involvement.
Probably you want to get started using the Mali UI Engine and the OpenGL ES 2.0 Emulator then progress to the Shader Development Studio (incl. Shader Library & shader compiler).
Once you order a development board like the ST-Ericsson MOP-500 (through malideveloper.com) you can use the Performance Analysis Tool to analyze the performance of your application and optimize it.
