in the CPDSC definition, I can not find how to add CFLAGS settings for dedicated project. so how can I do this?

Unfortunately the CPDSC is not prepared to handle ide, toolchain or compiler specific settings, yet.
May I ask you to take that opportunity to raise your requirements using an issue at our GitHub page, please?
