arm keil pack

i am a new user of arm keil. my launch pad msp432401r needs a pack to wwork and it wont allow me to download

Error #541: 'ARM::CMSIS:CORE:5.0.0' component is missing (previously found in pack 'ARM.CMSIS.5.0.0-Beta4')

can you please help me get the pack to work my launch pad

Hello - is your problem that you cannot download the latest ARM::CMSIS pack? I just tried and had no issues. Please could you retry?

hi

thanks for help. it says

Cannot execute external request (Install Pack, "ARM:CMSIS:5.0.0-Beta4"): Pack not found

every time I try to install

Could you provide a screenshot? It makes sense that it is unable to download a beta version, though I am unsure why it would be trying to...

Hello - I was able to reproduce the problem. Click on the "Select Software Packs" button:

Then, in this window, either select "Use latest versions of all installed Software Packs", or expand ARM::CMSIS (and any others that may show up in red) and select an installed version.
