SDK 6.0.22.1401 is not bulild therre 77 errors appearing as LTO not allowed. After making changes in "Options for target".Iam asked to replace -m with -M, thumb with --thumb.
Keil version is 5,using default compiler version 5. Can i get solution to solve it.Please find the attached images.

I don't know this SDK for this Renesas device, but --thumb is a valid command line option for the Arm compiler 5. See: https://developer.arm.com/documentation/dui0375/g/Getting-Started-with-the-Compiler/Compiler-command-line-options-listed-by-group. I don't know why you get this error message.
What version of µVision and what version of the Arm compiler do you use? What version of the compilation toolchain is supposed to be used for this SDK?
Do you have a valid license? LTO was not available with an evaluation version with Arm compiler 5.
-mthumb is an option used by Arm Compiler 6, which I believe is the intended compiler version for this project.
Is there a reason for wanting to use Arm Compiler 5, which is long obsolete?

Why don't you use an MDK Community edition? You could install the latest MDK 5.43 and register it with the Community license. This supports the Arm Compiler 6. This should solve your issues. See: https://www.keil.arm.com/mdk-community/
