Running liteRT Hello World application with Keil uvision 5 on STM32F4 chip

I'm trying to use litert package with Keil uvision 5 on a STM32F4 chip. I'm trying to run the hello world reference application in the following documentation on arm website. I'm pretty sure that I did the steps in this link (package installation, packagemanaging and chip selection) correctly, and copy-paste'd the project file (.cc) to keil. However when I hit "build" it goes on for hours without giving error or compiling. I'm pretty stuck at this point and don't know what to do, help please :((
