System Viewer to check register section

Hello Team,

We are using currently KEIL MDK 541 DFP package we couldn't find Register Section in System Viewer.

Any suggestion where we can enable to use this feature.

Earlier when we had MDK 518 we were able to see the Register section in System Viewer.
