is there a way to change the C compiler in the uvision 5 ide?
I am working with the C8051F580 Compiler version 9.61, I need to go back to the 9.06 version
I cannot find any where in the target options.
any suggestions will be appreciated
Thank you

I have the license for 9.06. but I would like to continue using the uVision 5 IDE.

µVision is the name of the IDE, which is also part of Keil MDK and e.g. PK51.
With PK51 V9.06, µVision V4.24.00 is integrated and to be used.

Thank you again.
I installed the 9.06 as you suggested.
unfortunately it does not work.
first it installed uVision 4 (I need uVision 5), but it does not start.
it only shows the splash screen and disappears.
I will try to get a support ticket, this is frustrating.
thank you again.
