What Windows operating system does Keil MDK uVision 5.0 support?

Hi -

I am using Keil MDK uVision licensed version and currently running on Windows 11 pro and I would like to use it on Windows Server 2022. Is it possible to install Keil MDK on Windows Server and port the same license? 

Please help.
