keil5 | Installation error of NordicSemiconductors.nRF-DeviceFamilyPack.8.43.3.pack

I encountered the following error when using Keil to install NordicSemiconductors.nRF-DeviceFamilyPack.8.43.3.pack.
But when I tried to install previous versions of this package, such as 8.22.0 and 8.12.0, it was able to be installed and used smoothly.
May I ask how I can solve the installation issue of package 8.43.3?

Installing with pack installer can also result in errors

    Hi ,

    Did you mix versions 8.40.3 vs 8.43.3 in above question?

    I inspected versions 8.22.0 vs 8.40.3 and recognized that the path to the license.txt file got changed from backslash to slash variant. While the latter one is the recommended form to be platform agnostic older versions of Keil MDKv5 might have issues with it. Please update to latest version (5.40) and try again. PackInstaller/PackUnzip received some internal updates to better align with modern command line tools from CMSIS-Toolbox.
