Pack Installer MDK 5.39

Hi,

Once I've updated uVision by Keil with MDK 5.39 release, I'm not able any more to see from Pack Installer the updates of one packet that I store in a packet repository on my factory's network.

The only way I found out to recover was the following: launch the previous pack installer (MDK5.38a), which sees properly the updated packet, and then launch again the new pack installer.

Do you know the reason?
