KEIL cannot assign programs over 256KB in the internal memory and therefore does not work in debug

Hello
We are using STM32L4P5 processor.
We were running compiling and programming with no issues.
But when our program exceeds 256K,
KEIL cannot assign programs over 256KB in the internal memory and therefore does not work in debug.
(I think there is a problem because the "erase sector" option cannot delete the 2nd block)
