You can download from here: https://developer.arm.com/downloads/view/ACOMP5 I recommend to sort by 'Revision' rather than 'Available Date' to see the latest.

Hi Anandan,

In the error message in your screenshot it says:
"If you need further help, provide this complete error report to your supplier or license.support@arm.com."
