why uVision 5.38 message '... renaming file X.o to X_1.o'

I have a file with a unique name included in a target build but still get message :

Note: source file 'RTE/Device/STM32F767NIHx/system_stm32f7xx.c' - object file renamed from '.\toolchain\debug\system_stm32f7xx.o' to '.\toolchain\debug\system_stm32f7xx_1.o'.
