Debugger DLLs

Error:
Cannot load driver 'C:\Keil_v5\ARM\BIN\lmidk-agdi.dll'.

Possible Reasons:
- Driver DLL could not be found in the specified path
- Driver DLL requires additional DLL's which are not installed
- Required Hardware Drivers are not installed
Debugger aborted !

It does not exist in the directory, and I need one for the TivaC EK-TM4C123GXL evaluation board.  With the TM4C123GH6PM.

Project compiles just fine.

There was a link for http://www.keil.com/support/docs/4196.htm

But that goes nowhere, just spins in the browser.
