We are using full commercial version of uVision5 to develop software for our commercial product. The production group needs a tool to flash the product with our binaries using ULINK2. The binaries are over 32K in size. We know that the evaluation version of uVision5 is able to flash these binaries. The production group doesn't have to edit any code, only to flash those binaries, so the functionality of the evaluation (non-full) version is enough for them. Are we legally able to provide them with the evaluation version of uVision5 to flash binaries developed for our commercial product with the full version?

It is legal to flash commercial Software with MDK Eval, but with this tool it is not allowed to create projects for commercial purposes:
