w25q16jv shows FF FF value when the code is uploaded

Hello sir,

               I am using W25q16jv flash memory the IDE used as kiel arm and nrf52832 used as development kit board.I have taken temp reading i.e stts751 temp sensor  which is write the value in w25q16jv and the read the value from w25q16jv .The problem is when i first time run the code then it write the value but in read function it shows FF FF value.when i power off the development kit board and again on the board then flash memory works properly.Can you tell me how to solve these problem.
