updating DAC stm32f407 cubemx with timer interrupt went wrong

Hello, iam trying to add timer interrupt delay function to my DAC code shown bellow.

At first i used CUBE MX to define dac and used HAL delay and it worked great  as shown bellow.

But then  i tried to update the code with timer interrupt .timer peripehry is already ON(APB1) its clock is 21Mhz as shown bellow.

So i added manually the code shown bellow and tried to replace hal_delay with delay and the scope gave me absulte noise instead of the starecase shape i had before .the full code shown bellow.

I tried to debug,KEIL gave me some errors during debiggibg that my device didnt have all the properties.

Where did i go wrong?
