E305: Value out of range - <readlist> 'TCB'

When using the Keil debugger, I get the following error in the command window:

E305: Value out of range - <readlist> 'TCB': current=63161283, max. allowed=1...1024

The warning also appears in the, no longer functioning, RTX RTOS window. 

Where can I find this value that needs to be adjusted?
