Cannot convert a ARM uvproj to uvprojx using command line

Hi,

I'm trying to convert an existing Keil MDK ARM uvproj to the uvprojx version. 

on : https://www.keil.com/support/man/docs/uv4/uv4_commandline.htm

It seems it's possible to use the command UV4 -5 myoldproject.uvproj -l log.txt

if I'm trying this , UVV4 is only opens the log.tt file without doing anything else.

I'm using Keil uVision 5.24.2
