What SDK(NXP) is the latest S32_SDK_DFP_1.3.0 based on?

I know that "S32_SDK_DFP_1.2.0" is based on S32K14x EAR 0.8.6. What I want to know is the latest "S32_SDK_DFP_1.3.0" is based on 32SDK_S32K1xx_RTM_3.0.0? If not, what NXP SDK is it based on?
