after power reset controller TLE9877 is not working

Hi all,

I am using infenion TLE9877 controller. My controller is working in debug mode and after flash only once. If i uncheck "Reset and run" check in flash then it does not work for single time also after flash.

Please provide me solution what is happening after power reset or normal reset.
