how to change the permission of the file

file are read only . how to changed this file permission to write also.this file is locked.

    You are running the project from the pack installation directory, which is why it's read only -- it's easier to experiment on a copy made to a writable location. 

    The Pack Installer makes copying the example projects easy .From uVision,

    1. Use Projects > Manage > Pack Installer... to open the pack installer tool (or click on the Pack Installer icon). 
    2. Select your target device or board from the list on the left. The list of available packs (on the right) will update to those supported on the target device (or board).
    3. Click on the Examples tab on the right. 
    4. Choose your project and click Copy. A dialog will let you specify the destination and optionally launch uVision
