Could not open file

I have this error in my project

.\Obj\0-12.axf: error: L6002U: Could not open file C:\Keil_v5\ARM\RV31\LIB\TCP_CM3.lib: No such file or directory

I installed the keil in E:\Keil_v5

how can I change the directory to improve this error
