pending breakpoint in DS-5 debug-eclipse platform

I m using Eclipse Platform Build id: M20150204-1700, and ULINK Pro and it's connected to the target. 

In Debug configuration, the target configuration application on host to download was using .elf file. but the breakpoints are pending so I couldnot debug. 

How shall i make the breakpoint to active so that, it can debug codes.
