Anyone noticing that the new ST-LINK/V3 is really sluggish entering/exiting debug?

Not sure if it is an integration issue, or initial teething with new drivers and DLLs, but seems to lack responsiveness in Keil uV 5.x

Also had issues with the VCP causing kernel level lockups on multi-core windows system, and interacting badly with other terminal apps and tools using COM ports

Manifests as screen painting issues, and (Not Responding) status to the uV5 window, several current versions thereof.

I have updated firmwares and uV5, just perceiving this as all a lot more sluggish than ST-LINK/V2

Also the kernel level instability (Win 7) seems related to the V3 vs V2.

Really just trying to poll the room to see if I'm crazy or if this is a more pervasive issue I should be pressing with STMicro.
