MSP430 Compiler Problem

sir i am using IAR for MSP430 compiler , getting some errors after clicking on the Debug without downloadingoption on compiler
can any one tell me ho to minimize those errors?
flash error:
user error:Illegal opcode found on address 0x0;

and
some errors in the Debug log
