ADC3 of STM32F103ZE

The STM32F103ZE has 3 ADCs (3 12-bit 16-ch A/D Converter). When I am in debug mode only ADC1 and ADC2 are available.

How can I access ADC3 with uVision on this device?

In the peripherals

Timer 5,6,7,8 are missing, DMA 2 Controller is missing
SPI3 is missing, for hardware debugging.
Who is responsible for this updates ? Keil or STM ?
