Is there any way to eleminate the splash screen on uV3?

Hi all,
I found a related Topic on uV2 (http://www.keil.com/forum/docs/thread9355.asp). Unfortunally no practicable solution can be found there.

Is there any Registry Switch etc. on uV3/WinXP?
