I'd like to be able to send code updates to a remote location, and have them use the ULINK to download the new code into their boards. My question is, can I do that, and if so, how, without requiring them to purchase the uVision IDE? Is there a stand-alone utility that comes with the ULINK to support that?
Thanks.
Well... actually... what I mean is, can someone use a ULINK to program the flash on their target microcontroller without having to purchase the ARM development kit? In other words, do you have to buy anything besides the ULINK to be able to program code into the flash on a target board?
KEIL sales support responded "YES" and "NO", and referred me to knowledge base article 3061.
Apparently you can use the EVAL version of the tools with ULINK to download code to the target, even if that code is larger than the size the EVAL version of the tools can generate.
Thank's KEIL sales support!
