Problem with UART in MCBSTR9 Board

hai,
i am writing some data in the UART->DR register, but it is not same what i wrote. data what i send is 0-0F, but i am getting..... FF,FD,FB,FB,F7,F5,F7,F7,EF,ED,EB,EB,EF,ED,EF.

PLEASE HELP REGARDING THIS.
